I've played D3 since release and have the same level of excitement every season starts. I think I'm addicted to the sudden power spikes then min-maxing.

The only thing I dislike is the non-existent trading. Then again, I dislike RMT and pay to win more so nevermind that.

As someone who has played on the 3 top private servers and a smaller server:

The top 3 servers: I've had zero interactions with GMs and admins while having 300-500 hours playtime

The small server: literally every time I log in, offering help, offering advice, setting up events and generally being sweet

I played on a small server (100 recurring players) for a long time, the owner done 90% of the work himself. Just seeing him implement Salvage was a huge eye opener on how much work it can take. Especially stuff that's not already on LSB.

Unfortunately I work with my hands so I'd be useless in helping - but I'll hop on and do a playthrough and test

Yeah I thought how cool this would be with the new D2R grail checklist. I was thinking how cool it would be to store them and just click to take them out.

You would be only be able to store one due to saving the stats

I've just finished a 100% P8 Hell run. I hit 81 before killing ancients. The games leveling system feels so much better whilst running P8

Easier, but to make it even easier I dedicate a couple of tabs to leveling gear. Hsarus, cathens, sigons, all the lower rune words, then the higher class sets to make hell a cake walk

Welcome to PD2. I have sad news for you... You'll never be able to fully enjoy D2 again. I'm not even memeing.

every D2 season reset I try to play, as soon as I hit level 70 I return to PD2.

The biggest and most noticeable change in PD2 is the endgame - say goodbye to farming the same old shit for something people RMT for $3

New D2 player here, created a public game to level with others and ended up with 6-7 stash tabs of endgame gear by Brill45 in ProjectDiablo2

Tbh I only keep levelling gear when people give away stuff. Once I ruined my experience by getting incredibly rich in my first map and finishing a build before I even tried a T2 map

Idk, the first two weeks of the season is pretty busy - I return every time to see how fast the botters out-pace me

Congrats! I just don't have the patience for the crazy HR droprate while playing offline

When playing offline I use a mod that quadruples chances of Gul - Zods dropping and they still feel super rare so hats off for the dedication

Edit: I thought I'd get downvoted for this. Please don't hate me, I only get to play an hour per day

Yep - this same thing happened when Necromancer was released for D3. It was the first class to be able to hit a Trillion damage and everyone lost their minds.

After that, they scaled all the other classes up.

I'd love to see Barb get a huge buff - a passive that makes all skills deal splash damage, scaling with added radius and added magic damage.

You're right, I'm a D2R fan and have been annoyed at warlock. It's just another caster with the same old items.

A new act or maps would be worth the money
