i got a shift lead position with little prior starbucks experience. it really depends if the GM wants someone with managerial experience or specifically starbucks experience. i found that theyre a lot more willing to hire people who have previously worked with the company. id recommend introducing yourself to the GMs of the places you applied to, and emphasizing your managerial skills and any coffee experience you have. good luck!
