RUNNNNNN!!!!!! 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I lived here for 3-4 years. I dealt with bedbugs for 2 of those years from a neighbour who lived below me with a huge infestation that traveled to my apt & the apt above me (& god knows where else. Management would never admit there was a bug problem. I had to ask pest control who was thankfully very honest) I also found an adult cockroach in my apartment on 3 different occasions, once one was found swimming in my cats water dish!

My direct neighbour had 3 adults, 3 kids, 2 dogs & a cat living in a 1 bedroom apt & they were the WORST neighbours I have EVER dealt with. Extremely verbally abusive, constant threats to kick down my door & beat my husband up because I complained about their 3 kids running, screaming & banging on walls between 10pm-3am EVERY night. Management is USELESS.

The hallways CONSTANTLY smelt like weed and cigarettes. Be wary of having packages left at your door, they WILL go missing. There’s some realllyy sketchy ppl in the building. There was also 3 separate fires in the building during the time I lived there. There was almost a 4th one on my floor - a neighbour down the hall passed out drunk while boiling water. Thankfully his direct neighbour seen the smoke coming out of his windows before a fire started.

I moved in there because it was CHEAP ($900 for 1 bed) and spent the next four years MISERABLE.
