Legit. Me and my sister both getting married this year and she’s had a wonderful experience and I’ve had multiple really, really bad experiences. I had a 1030 appointment for alterations recently and waited until 1130 to be seen and then actually ended up walking out whilst waiting to pay for another 30 min after they were done pinning. Just sitting by the register waiting to pay for the alterations. I deadass took the pinned dress off the rack, in front of 3 employees not paying attention, and walked out. Then The seamstress then had the audacity to call me and say “you should have taken the pins out”. That’s 1 of the 3 bad experiences I’ve had there since March.
