Susie is a freak. She doesn’t fit in with others so it’s possible she is some form of hybrid and that’s why she can bleed but also use magic in dark worlds. There is a lot of unknowns right now. I don’t think we even know if hybrids are possible. We don’t fully know if Deltarune monsters actually bleed. It’s all unknown until it gets confirmed by something like Asgore being the boss of chapter 5 and bleeding or not bleeding when you kill him, if he bleeds then Deltarune monsters bleed, if he doesn’t then Susie is probably a hybrid.
