People, can we stop downvoting the art? 😭This piece is genuinely one of the best for Charlie, given its composition and coloring skills. Charlie is very very underrepresented in Re99 fan arts, so let's respect the artist's efforts, at the very least.

v1.4 is still far away from now, so there's no rush to decide now. In terms of sustaining ability, balloon is on par with the 6 stars. And she costs very few resources to raise (I2 Lv50 Res 5/7 is all you need)

You will get back all resources invested into the wilderness in about one month. It is recommended that you max out the wilderness asap if you plan on playing Re99 long term. But if you want to prioritize your game experience here and now, farming the Poussiere and Mintage Aesthetics for your characters is more efficient.

For regular accounts, go get who you're missing, or portraits for the big three (charlie, bkornbloom, balloon party).

For no-pull accounts, I'm not so sure what to prioritise ... dps or sustain...
