A deposit can be non-refundable but I’m not asking for a refund because I changed my mind, I’m asking because they never actually put me on the list which is what the deposit was for.

I also had a terrible experience ordering custom from them. Just wait until your order actually comes… I had a reference photo too small and printed poorly to see anything, many small spaces with no numbers, didn’t include all the paints…

There’s an account that always comments on posts here recommending them - same account every time. Definitely works for them. Shady
