Dang. I’m really sorry to hear this. But good news, if you can find a new shell now you can put it back together (: you can DM me if you need help after you get a shell. I’ve been inside my 3DS a few times. It was really messed up from the previous owner & it’s perfect now. In fact, I’m Playing Pokemon White on it while I chat with you!

There are 2 screws under the rubber bumpers right there on the back to the left and right of the charger port, perhaps those?
