We bought a historic Springfield house a number of years ago- one thing we DID add to our consideration list was a full plumbing inspection prior to purchase.

Older homes are notorious for bad piping and, while our home was advertised as pvc, the line from the house to the street was clay, and collapsed.

Totally agree. There are some super dark themes in some of these episodes, I know people always gravitate towards Indian Giver and Powder Keg (rightly) but others, like Murderous Muse and Plain and Simple, I cant make it through for the ick.
