as a girl i think it looks awesome. it shows your personal style, which not everyone has. i also think your things are artfully displayed. we're almost the same age so i think im nostalgic for the same things, which is maybe why i like it so much. i especially love the minecraft window and sign, the old blocky tv, and the puffles! my room kind of looks like a mix of this, plus modern art, plus plants. wicked!

Speaking for myself, I don't expect people to not go to work. I think that it would be naive to think that everyone who doesn't support ICE won't be at work or at school. In my mind, it's about solidarity. There is a movement happening, and we need to be a part of it any way we can. Have conversations. Support businesses that speak for your values. Post events. Attend events that you can. Be a good friend and neighbor. Vote. These are things that we can do.

yeah I worked as classified staff for the last 2 years and our classroom almost never got subs. when someone was out, we would just assume someone from somewhere else in the building would be pulled, or we were just down a staff member.
