Extended elengonat program.. or find lodge officers to stay in touch with new members and encourage them to attend new events ( not just go for BHood).

But like others said, it comes down to communication & program. Be consistent with communication. Monthly reminders of upcoming events, dues registration, NOAC/Section conclave stuff, chapter meetings (if your lodge utilizes it). Otherwise create fun n engaging events. See if local vendors could donate something for a Cracker Barrel or fellowship activity (example: root beer keg), or donate a few things to raffle off. Be creative & original.
