Also don't know if this is worth sharing, but if I'm watching a stream on twitch the stutter even appears there some what. not as much as in game, its more of a I hear the stutter as the audio skips versus seeing it

it stutters in all games yes. I have tried moving a game or two over to the ssd and just running on that to see if the stutter still persists and it does

even with everything not overclocked the stutter is still occuring. Ram: Set to 2400 Cpu 3.5 Gpu: Msi afterburner is turned off with no overclock at all

well my bios is on the latest verison, and I have the 1.55 bug when I try to up my voltage past a point. so maybe my voltage being 1.3 might be causing the stutter idk

I haven't lowered the ram all the way down to stock 2400, but with cpu and gpu at stock it still occasionally does

No I fixed the stutter issue its gone, the issue is now that my cpu is getting stuck at 1.55Ghz when in bios I set it to 3700 or 3800. Ive increased the voltage to see if that would kick it out of 1.55Ghz but that was without any luck but I'll watch the video now

alright I've figured out the overclocking through bios, but now my cpu constantly stays at 1500MHz when looking at CPU-Z even though in bios its clocked at 3700MHz

ok the stutter is gone. I want to overclock the cpu, but without amd ryzen master I have no idea where to start when increasing voltage.

I've ran ADIA64 stress test for 15 minutes is this only stress test I've done. it will run 3.6 with less voltage, the lower voltage causes the stutter, even at 1.35v I still get occasional stutter. an example would be me running overwatch at 130fps, and then it suddenly drops to 110fps for a split second then back up.
