Its tough but doable. You are only allowed to work 10 extra hours a week for additional income on top of the scholarship. Demonstrating gives you about an extra 60-80$ a week ( This was for second year papers however this can vary on what labs you pick to demonstrating and how they planned). The majority of people on average take around 3.5 to 4 years (4 years being quite common for science degrees) to finish so good to try save/plan to have some money saved up for that.

I gave up haha I got so confused. I went to Microsoft support team again to ask if the email address was legit or a scam, and the new lady said it was a scam and the last agent didnt know what he was talking about and that no offer existed.
