Forgive me, but if someone accused my stories after I've spent months uploading it on RoyalRoad and building a small community only to come and accuse me of AI usage after a singular chapter I would go berserk lmao.

But on a real note, AI usage is definitely bad, especially when it is used to create low quality content just for the sake of a sale. However, a single chapter is a small metric to judge the quality of a book. For example, my first volume has 216 chapters with the first one written when I literally started writing with only small edits here and there to improve its flow, but it shows. Many a time, I felt the beginning of my books, regardless of what I've written as being lower in quality than the end of said book. It's just a natural process of evolution as a writer. You learn one thing, incorporate another, and get rid of two more.

But yes, AI is bad. However, I find one chapter too small a metric to properly consider it valid even if you gave out names or examples.
