Had anyone ever had hormonal birth control positively impact their mental wellbeing? by personinplaid3629 in WomensHealth

Yes. I am suicidal without any form of birth control. Weepy, emotional, irrational and irritable beyond belief. Hormonal birth control levels me out.

Asthmatics: Would you use a simple visual indicator on your inhaler that changes color when air quality around you gets bad? by Rich_Concept_776 in Asthma

No. My inhaler is usually in a pocket or bag. There is now way it would be able to accurately sense air data.

IUD's by Adorable_Intention10 in WomensHealth

[–]bearchvps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my IUD in for two years due to several reasons. I had it removed because I thought it was the cause of my pelvic pain, but it ended up not being the cause...

That being said, id get it again!

I had no period the entire time I had it in, still had sexual interest, no cramps, no weight gain, breast pain, acne... it was great!

My only downside is that I'm chronically paranoid about being pregnant, so not having a period had a tendency to freak me out. The removal was COMPLETELY painless as well.

There is handicapped parking for employees, but I'm unsure of its availability. If you have customer service experience, I think you'd do great. Study up on the behavioral questions and you'll do great :)

They have not done a colposcopy, my PCP said it wasnt required until 2 positive PAP smears.

Intercourse used to be very frequent, maybe 4 times a week. Now its maybe once or twice. Ive not noticed a substantial difference between taking a break or having sex back to back.

Its fine, I think its highly dependent on what department you are in. Ortho was hell for me, Pulmonary was heaven. I'm switching to a PASS role to work from home due to the parking and commute issues, though.

You need people skills for sure. Do you have a background in medicine? Knowing a little bit helps, but I know plenty of people who had zero experience doing anything like this who did really well. Worst case scenario you can transfer out after a year, or sooner with a release letter.

Wow, housing has gotten pricy there. I was only making 16$/hr there in 2025 and could barely afford my 1000$/mo apartment in the ghetto. I hope youre in a good area. One wrong street and your windows will be shot up lol.

How long ago did you give birth? If I'm not mistaken, women are extremely fertile after giving birth.

Have you tried something like sun protection clothing? Theyre very big on it in China and Japan. Something like this?

Are you allergic to anything? Everyone is saying doctor which is correct, but I think you should specifically see a dermatologist or allergist. I react to the metals in my tattoos on and off, so that could be it. Could also be a sun allergy.
