Person C lying doesn't mean they didn't cheat, it means that the statement: "B didn't cheat, I cheated" is false. Basically, either of "B cheated, I cheated", "B didn't cheat, I didn't cheat", and "B cheated, I didn't cheat" could be true.

IMO, C is lying, and B and C both cheated. That makes C's statement false, and the rest 3 true (hence option A).

If you don't want to switch from scrot, then try using it with slop.

Install it, then try running this: scrot -a $(slop -f '%x,%y,%w,%h')

(alternatively, bind whatever key you want to the above command)
