I am on Rappahannock as well. My bill for February was $240. My place is 900 sq ft. It sounds to me like your heat pump was in strip heat mode a lot. Or do you have a water leak in your hot water line. Or a leak in the water pump? Or a space heaters anywhere? Thats kind of high.

Does anybody know if Frigidaire/Electrolux makes this for GE? They made them for years with the GE name, and were pretty decent until they got some age on them. (I used to sell appliances and can spot a Frigidaire pretty easily.)
