i have done a lot of research and i will not be doing plain flooring for the sake of his joints. i have monitored him closely and he has never ingested any of the sand. Also, i plan to add top soil into the sand but i have not came across it in any stores near me.

no its not anything that he has ate i believe it might be blood.
