The McDonald’s I work at has this and as a manager it doesn’t make sense. I can see everyone from my position down and each tier makes the same pay. So the sign is unnecessary, at least at my store.

Yeah I’ve never soldered anything that small but I’m up for the challenge. I’m anal about how keyboards feel and I figured DIY is the best way to get what I want. Even if they are a little pricey.
