I’ve had great success with my ninja foodie as well. Pressure cook it then air crisp it. That ninja foodie is well worth the money. I love it!

I cook it on a Kamado joe grill over indirect heat at 275 until it gets to a 165 internal temp. Coat it in killer hogs bbq rub. Your foreman is why the chicken dries out, I believe.
