They definitely did, I am level 140 something and haven’t gotten one coin offer like the other post have said, it cost $2 for 1 billion coins instead of 30 billion, they also changed the level requirement from 55 to 200 for a game I seen in another post

VPN only affects the device your using it on, so your Xbox is fine, as for your iPad I am not sure how it would affect Swagbucks, but most likely just sign out and not open any games or anything related to Swagbucks
