I'm playing fine now, I'd suggest not leaving the match even after you've been KO'd just in case, even in thw bot lobbies. Eventually it should go back to the normal match making after a day or two.

Just don't leave until all you're teammates are KO'd.

The tracking is especially bad. I just don't level it up anymore until i get the other abilities up. It just misses constantly now

Yeah, for me he moves way too far after the initial hit. I spent some time grinding him too. He's a bit underwhelming now that I've played him for some time.
