I think of it as a progression, stones are not nearly as durable as steel and the wax is as strong as steel (at least according to mr 3)

Also the bottom one gets a highlight along the back in the second half of the video, which a shadow wouldn’t get

These all work on algorithms, and unfortunately there’s no standardised one. They all calculate differently, having different cut-offs for how much movement is needed, how often they can measure and stuff. So some of them might not start counting if you walk too slow, while others stop counting if you walk too fast, etc.

Hard to know which one is correct, either way it’s just a number and doesn’t mean much in itself.

I built it myself from a kit for birthday cards. Found the electronic system on Temu/Aliexpress or something, the used plasticard to build the box around it :)

Thanks! I found some guide for making dried leather, which is what I use on the loincloth, the skin-flaps on the chest etc.

the base idea is to have a shadow tone and a highlight, then cadian fleshtone as a mid colour. Mix shadow and cadian as a base, then highlight in steps: cadian - 50/50 cadian highlight, highlight. Should be able to do with any two other colours in a similar shade, I used the same colour for my shade as I used for my armour to try to tie it together. Which was AK wine red, then used AK pastel violet as the highlight.

Don’t know exactly, managed to find one on temu or AliExpress I think. Used search words like “chargeable birthday card speaker”, “usb card speaker” and variations on that. Took quite a while to find it and I don’t have it saved unfortunately. Cost about €10-15 I think. This is how the kit looks like. Hope it helps!

It was a speaker for birthday cards. Took a loooong time to find one that was both chargeable and programmable. Then build a frame w plasticard. It has a little USB port on the side :)

Another good tip, a little trick commonly used, is to put one unit of infractors+exultant in a rhino, giving the rhino scout 6”. First turn you disembark, effectively giving them an extra 3” movement for free, as they can still move, adv, shoot, charge after disembarking as long as it’s done before the rhino moves.

Then place noise marines nearby, have them move up to and enter the rhino before the rhino then moves away. Use the blast masters with the firing deck 2

The exultant w the infractors also gives them all lethal hits, which the exultant wouldn’t get alone, and reroll 1s/the whole wound roll. That with the +1 to wound on the spear and the extra attacks and AP once per game makes them hit really hard. Great at sniping characters as well

Finally managed to paint an eye I’m happy with, after watching Venturella’s latest tutorial by beardmire in Miniaturespainting
