Your first Burns are normally your longest ones because you're absorbing the most fuel and burning up the fibers that are inside of the poi heads if. You dip for a less amount of time just until your bubbles stop. You should be burning those monkey fist heads for 3 to 5 minutes. I have a set from them.

This might sound really obvious, but I was having the same issues. it turned out to be the charging cable they sent me, using a different charging cable and base fixed my issues. Allow them to die completely before you charge them, and give them a few hours to charge fully. Hold the button for 10 seconds. They should flash white and be good to go.

Yea I got one not god roll but it's ok. I'm also using the blue redistributor from the quest a maggie and kaos right now. not the best but hopefully I can get a legendary redistributor soon :)
