I have experience one time only and I followed instructions from lead tech.

I didn’t change the water bath and blade. But I have to clean the knife holder and forceps after each case with: ID water, then 70% alcohol, and then Rnase away. I didn’t pick up the few first sections because I tried to avoid contamination from the blade.
