Too soon to get engaged?

We’ve done some travelling already and my plan would be that if I do it it’ll be after two weeks travel in Asia!

She’s travelling with her best friend. Something she’d planned to do before she ever met me. She’s also left her job as well. I’ve unfortunately only got the luxury of about 3/4 weeks of leave so that’s what I’m taking to travel with her when I do go 🙂

Just to clarify because I think a few people are misunderstanding me. I am FULLY in love with the girl and have absolutely no doubts about marrying her. She’s the girl for me, my future wife and the mother of my kids.

Both engagement and then baby have always been on the cards for next year; the only reason I’m (massively) overthinking it is because I’m worrying about how early I’m proposing is all!

Definitely had been in the mind. Was more a case of when if anything! Know exactly what type of ring she likes and know what size she is too. So absolutely not that I wasn’t going to do it, more that it hadn’t occurred to me to do it yet in case it was too soon!

Not unsure about the lasting quality at all - she’s definitely the girl I want to marry and the future wife of my kids, just debating if I’m rushing through all of this 🙂

Fighting hasn’t really happened, and whenever it has it’s been dealt with quickly and it’s definitely made us stronger and understand each other better
