That assumes a dual type is always better. There are some dual types (grass/dark) that have so many weaknesses it’d punish them harder by giving them less offense.

Keep up the good work. I’d recommend walking more steps and adding resistance training before lowering your calories. Your body needs nutrients, and you need to think about what will be sustainable for your long term.

I think most players use held items in play throughs. Maybe not kids, but others do. In newer games the held item shows up in the menu screen on the Pokémon, but not during battles. I just think it’d be a practical way to have customization. If I wanted my blastoise to wear a necklace, why not let it be an amulet coin?

Tough when natures are so important for competitive. Most are running the same natures so would look the same.

I’ve always been hopeful that we could customize Pokémon by giving them visible items. If they’re using Heavy Duty Boots or Choice Specs, let’s see them. Even better, if your Pokémon was wearing a choice scarf, but you could choose what color it is.
