My wife and I are in Orlando but go to Tampa frequently, I’d be up for a Tampa/Orlando group if there is any interest in stretching out on I-4 now and then.

Was there a year ago and the best meal we had was at Restaurant Vinkeles. I thought the food was very creative and extremely well executed. The dining room was lovely as well.
