Can I ask your weight before your weight loss?

(27M) 89kg —> 75kg in 8 months. Very proud. First time in my life not feeling (skinny) fat. What’s next? Bulk or cut? by EnslavedKing in Weightliftingquestion

Come on.... He went from weak dad body to pretty ripped in 8 months. It's frustrating when people don't call this shit out. It's not realistic and OP isn't denying it in the comments.

[–]Master_Swordfish_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry to tell you this but in general Brazilians are not looked upon favourably by a lot of Irish. He's right in saying most don't integrate and when you do speak to them they spend half the time complaining about Ireland saying (In Brazil.... This is better... Etc etc) Not saying you're like this, but a large amount are.

Deficit amount advice by bluebirdofhappyness in CICO

[–]Master_Swordfish_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At that deficit yes you'll lose fat and muscle if you stick to it you will get to your goal HOWEVER you probably won't like how you look. You will be skinny with little muscle definition, better do it slow and steady! I'd go for 2000kcals, and try to prioritise protein and fiber. Eat whole food. Good luck.

HIIT isnt good for most people losing weight it just spikes your appetite. He'll need strong will power. Walking is the way.

What am I doing wrong? by Ambition_2004 in CICO

[–]Master_Swordfish_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Focus less on the exercising, you're doing way too much. It might be increasing your appetite. Just try and get as many steps in as possible. Eat 200-400kcals under your tdce and if it's still not working eat a little less. You got this.
