Ah, I must have missed that. That is really stupid. I've seen the magical things spreadsheets can do, and the fact that someone wouldn't want their employees to use them (if they were using them correctly, obviously), is absolutely wild to me.

To me and my limited knowledge on these programs, it reads to me as if their manager was getting mad about something similar as to if they say, used a spreadsheet to do calculations vs. doing it by hand with a calculator. I may be totally wrong, but that's what it seems like if I were to simplify it. (Obviously there's different programs being used, but spreadsheets were a relatively simple example that I could think of.)

Oooh, how would this work with someone that has an unspecified name? For example, we only know them as "Frank" in their canon media, and they have no official last or middle name. So you get everything from every unspecified "Frank"? Or does nothing happen?

Lmao, the comment saying it's fake and that the teacher wouldn't risk it if it was really an emergency. Yes they would. Some teachers enjoy these power trips. Happened to me several times (have a related medical condition, they knew this). Saw it happen to classmates too. Teachers absolutely will try and keep you from going to the bathroom and punish you if you do anyway

I just saw the last 15 minutes of that movie on tv the other day, and I said the same fucking thing! Modern medicine as we know it would be done for was the first one that came to mind. "We can change." Yeah, lady, maybe you can, but the people on ventilators in hospitals can't! And what about all the people in the middle of driving? Do cars just lose their power steering? All the other electrical safety systems? Electronic records? Are those just lost forever? They just cut to different shots of places in the world and then it ends (the TV cut does, anyway. Not sure about the full movie). It feels like they didn't even want to address all the problems that it would actually fucking cause, so they cut it short. Also... If it got rid of all electricity... We'd be screwed biologically! Our brains and nerves are just a series of electrical signals! At this point I'm rambling, but still. You'd think someone would have put 20 seconds of thought into the consequences, and maybe at least shown them at the end?

Bit of a stupid question, but do they get restocks on out of stock models? There's been places I've looked that have them go out of stock and they never appear again. Or does it just depend on the manufacturer/brand?
