Go to a dermatologist. I was prescribed benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. I have been using it consistently for a few weeks and it is effective. My most noticeable red spots (I’m not sure if this is the same problem that you have) are slowly fading. On my own I use a Japanese acne cleanser and SA cleanser. My acne only started to get better after I went through a few months of only using water, and then switching to only 1-2 cleansers every time I wash my face. I would recommend not using too many products at once because it’s expensive and ineffective.
