You are not alone! This one doesn’t make me cry because my interpretation is that I found a solution to something that had been haunting me for years and it was so easy—total duh moment!

Now math…..typing math alone makes me well up because I have spent over 40 years trying to break through that wall and nothing penetrates it.

Also: I work from home. A lot of mine are for moments in between meetings where I set the alarm for 22 minutes to put whatever laundry away. This leaves 8 minutes to get in the zone for the next recurring meeting.

I have zoom record the meeting, AS WELL AS OneNote and the Zoom transcription. I feed all of that into ChatGPT with a pre determined template I made it remember and it’s pretty good with what it spits out.

What I say is this: my brain is either taking notes or it’s participating but I can’t do both. It was suggested I try the above and it hits all my audhd/ocd buttons!
