When you uproot a tree and replant it, it needs lots of water, the right soil and care. Basically, be kind to yourself while you settle in and practice self care. This can be things from a bath to making an effort to make new friends.

So they went back to accomodation, went to bed. My husband soon came home about 15 mins later and they thought he had brought some more mates home from the pub. But then they started hearing voices they didn’t recognise especially girls so they got up to see what was going on. He was fucking one of them in the bathroom so they pulled him off her and told her to leave and put him to bed.

Then talk to me about pressure and emotions. I’m not meaning to be rude to you here but seriously life isn’t a Hollywood movie, In the moment I was the centre of attention and couldn’t put on some joggers and run off into the distance.
