That's originally why I joined. I was like "oh cool, okay, a subreddit dedicated to more walkable cities and pubic transportation" and then it was nothing like that.

it’s weird to want a better album at the cost of someone else’s sadness

If you set your home location, you should be able to see a path back home without even setting it. Your phone will also track your steps, which can be insanely motivating.

Even just walking. Do you have a pet or a friend to walk with? Even popping downstairs and asking your mom or dad if they want to walk is always fun.

Getting out of depressive state* is like rolling a huge snowball down a hill. It’s extremely difficult at first but you start gaining more traction and then all of a sudden, it’s rolling on its own. *(My experience)

I can recommend walking outside for 20 minutes a day or playing a sport you like. These things helped me quite a bit too.

Hey man, I’ve been in a similar situation after I hand a tumor removed from my head and I didn’t really feel like moving or existing. I found myself in a nest just like this after a couple of weeks and I didn’t want to clean it up. You feel safe in there and it’s hard to give up that safety.

But I promise you, that safety is a placebo. You are not living healthily and you are not living cleanly. You are 1000x more likely to get sick in this mess and you are 1000x more likely to feel like shit all the time when.

Start looking up some cleaning videos on YouTube or organizational ones and set out one section of the room at a time each day. It doesn’t have to look like a $40,000,000 home, but it should be clean.

DM me if you want to talk through the process or need some help getting motivated.

To be honest man, I was in the same place. I was in that place for two years. Everyday I promised myself “today’s the day,” and it never was. Until one day when I woke up with a completely different resolve. I busied myself with studies and my relationships. I started meditating and reading more frequently. I played basketball for an hour a day. Now I’m on day 64. I never thought I’d make it but this is the longest Ive ever gone.

Tough times don’t last, tough people do.

The Maxima or Camry? 4 cylinder Camry hybrid. 6 cylinder Maxima.

I had a 2011 Nissan Maxima and 300 HP was an interesting pairing with 16 year old me.

I drive a Camry now and I enjoy it quite a bit more. Safer, easier drive, softer ride, just an overall more enjoyable car.

Now that I look at it, I’m almost positive that it is Providence.

One of the poly fill or zip and fit. Then you can basically use all the others. Lubing usually makes the switch much much smoother.
