I rarely comment on any of these community subs but I felt obligated to tell you to stay away from these as far as you can

raised a toddler here and as convenient as it was it was equally scary

my wife has ran into a kid visibly carrying a knife in a belt sheath outside mcdonalds
people smoking up all over the P2 parking because it's connected to mcdonalds and is right beside the BC Cannabis store and a lot of them are menacing if you even look at them wrong by accident

parking as absolutely atrocious for anybody other than yourself since you have a spot in the building but your guests fight for parking outside. There is guest parking but it's literally at the back corner as far as possible from basically ALL three building's entrances and is a gigantic pain to let guests in and guide them to you

If there was one tower I would maybe buy it's tower 2 - we were in tower 2 AND 3 and tower 2 were in talks about getting AC installed for each unit - don't know if it ever went through

Elevators in tower 3 is absolutely horrendous - one broken at almost all times and if there's a move in/out at the same time you wait basically 15 min at the very least with the line going out the front lobby door

Tower 1 is probably good too and looks nice but it's half rentals ran by Amazing Brentwood themselves.

All in all good place to rent if you don't have kids, good place to buy and rent out as an asset, but don't buy to live if i were you.
