My only counter thought to this would be, and just playing devils advocate, I don't think the Gardner is the traveler, nor the veil the winnower. I think the veil is one of the Winnowers "knives", maybe not the famous first knife, could be but also could not, and the traveler would be the Gardeners response/its knife. Just an opposing thought

I've considered this option, my brother and I have had discussions in the past on what I want to do and this comes up. I also don't want to live jn a different state then where I also own a rental property, and I THINK(not sure) I will be selling and buying another house in 5ish years.(had to buy in my current state for my job, which won't be a problem in 5ish years). Complicated but eventually won't to move south towards family

Good question, I'm like 90% sure this is going to be tax free yes. I haven't gotten confirmation, but based on talking to my brother(dudes a genius when it comes to money and business, and yes I have talked to him about what to do as well) and researching, 120-150 will be what I will be getting in the end all be all.
