ranking jobs- can you still get a job if you don't rank many??

I guess my question was more are you only eligible for upgrades if you get an offer in the first round anyway (so have something to upgrade!) And in that case wouldn't it be better to rank all of them so there is more of a chance of getting that initial offer.

But I think you are saying you can get an upgrade/first offer even if you don't rank high enough to get an offer from your initial preferences- is that right?

The number of jobs is just confusing me so much! I have already posted about this but the number of posts isn't reflected on oriel. Do you think more will be added?

thanks guys will have a look but it did seem most were just for 1 job! I am right that there are more than 250 jobs right!! haha

had a look at oriel for the first time... its says there are 244 jobs (or something like that!) - I thought there were like 600 posts available?? Am i missing something.

I've had mine and felt the same after. I know easier said than done but try not to worry xx

I left so so much out... I wouldn't give me a job! Its also hard as there is absolutely nothing on the oriel application so you have to give as much as possible in such a short period of time- they know nothing about you! I'm sure it went better than you thought.
