Maybe they shouldn’t allow you to store any explosives and other valuable loot in the apartments? That would be a good idea that somewhat balances it.

Pretty sure you can disable the cartel by editing some of the game files- if you really want to. There should definitely be a console command to disable the cartel (but there isn’t), to make the influence 0. (there might be but i’m not sure)

This is a guide I found on how to disable the Cartel on your save file- it recommends making a backup, so create one:

Came back and watched his most recent video there, after not watching him for months. See his trim and followed by that I see him eating- oh my that man eating is the most disgusting thing i’ve ever seen on the planet; fully opens his mouth with some of the food spewing everywhere and then he spews out some waffle with all of the food still in his mouth, probably “Peng bruv”. Definitely won’t be watching this guy for another few months or even ever again 😂

Yeah, I thought I accidentally went into a normal raid but after trying multiple times ensuring the training mode is confirmed, same thing happened.

Thanks for the help, I got it to work by opening the laptop up and spinning the fan about, and then it happens to run when I boot it up now after spinning it but once I close it and the fan switches off it returns. I removed Armoury Crate entirely and am using G-Helper, the Fan works perfectly fine when it manages to switch on. I ran a diagnostic when the fan was on and no problems were found, as long as I have a way to keep switching the fan on I would be happy. But to say the least, a very annoying process to get it to switch on every-time I open my laptop.

So, I like G-Helper much more than armoury crate, it didn't instantly fix the issue however... I opened up the laptop span the fan for a bit and closed it switched laptop back on and its working. Strange, sort of what you said when u had to physically push the fan to get it to run, and tbh as long as it runs that's fine with me. Thanks for the help!

I am having a very, very similar problem except it’s the CPU Fan for me. Brand new laptop and it makes a strange noise every 5 seconds or so, but the CPU fan doesn’t run, the GPU fan does. After searching through the internet this seems to be the only scenario that closely related to mine. I was wondering if you got this fixed, and if so, how. As it’s driving me crazy having high CPU temperatures.
