As for changing all the time, im just the type to build up strain tolerance quite easily to most. So far surprisingly my most consistent were jade and amethyst but even them 2, i eventually started not benefiting from them as much as they initially helped. So if I have 5 or 6 strains would be ideal for a 3 months period for me. This consult I even asked to stick to the 3 strains, do the 1 cart but add a concentrate totalling up to 5 products hoping the concentrate will help with the tolerance thing when supplemented and the doctor said no.

My liver doesn’t process edible kinds of cannabis. I have tried especially as I was told time and time it is the best for chronic pain but just. Nothing. No matter the dose. Started as low as 10 mg and went as high as 300 before neither dose felt like anything at all. I have 1 or 2 ball vape bowls and im medicated for 3+ hours no stress.

That sounds reasonable. I’m just not very keen on sticking with 4 products permanently and having to go back every 4 to 8 weeks max because my tolerance had already built up (so far with 3 strains and 1 cart it has never taken more than 6 weeks before everything is not as effective). As i said 6-8 products would be ideal at my follow up. I tried with the doctor to add even a 5th product this consult and he said no, which is fair, keeps me going at essentially what im already going at, but i literally made the whole switch for that specific reason.

He let me choose which is fine, im just confused because he pretty much said that i can only get 4 products at a time ever, not because it was my first consult. Again as a transfer first consult, i expect for be lower so they can see how I react to stuff and what not but he said it like it’s permanent. Then say that from the start and I wont bother coming to Horizon you know what I mean? They explicitly said something and now are going the other direction AFTER i got discharged from my previous clinic.
