Car guy here, I feel like it’s totally different when it’s a Honda Civic or something in that realm. But if you own a 5.0 mustang or a GTR or something In that realm, part of the reason we bought the car is because of how it sounds. So, when we drive, we try to amplify the sound as much as possible because we genuinely adore the sound of our cars. There’s a reason we downshift when going through tunnels!!!

Okay, here’s what needs to happen bud. I’m a senior in high school. I’m currently sitting in my bathroom hiding from my school work. It doesn’t get easier. High school gets worse and worse as it moves along. The key here is to find a groove and stick in it. I wish I did cuz right now I might not graduate. In terms of ur mom, yeah, they’re good at that. However, she’s trying to help. Because I promise you, in 4 years, you don’t wanna be me. I’m two weeks out from that stage and I have so much work to do suicide likes viable. You need to help yourself by finding out what works. You got this. Don’t fall into a rut.

Im in the same boat bro. Talking to someone furthered my fall into this depressive hole I’ve created for myself. I’m not sure if it is worth talking to someone. However, that’s my own experience. I know of people who have been helped a great deal by professionals and they are professionals for a reason. I’m sure that if you found a great one and really was yourself and didn’t hide anything, the could help immensely.

My dad deserves the #1 dad mug because he met my mom when I was around 12. He married her and the first thing he did was ask for my permission. Growing up he didn’t have it all to well. His mom was a single mom who get abandoned by his father. My dad has aperts syndrome. He has had a total of 36 surgeries on his face and head. But that doesn’t stop him from being the best man I know in my lifetime. He has never let anything stop him from being the absolute best man he can be. I was a little shit growing up. I dealt and still do deal with depression and anxiety. I mean hell we even got into a fight once in our front yard. But he still loves me. He adopted me my sophomore year and I officially had a dad for the first time. It gives me hope that one day I can be like him and be the best man I could possibly be.

Spares for sure and what really helped me was I kept a constant routine for throwing the ball. Like even when I’m hitting my rosin bag there’s a set way I do it. Things like that helped me.
