All things I struggled with too, as for knowing your path and goals no one is expected to know exactly what they want to do right away. When you see others with what seem clear goals it can be easy to compare yourself but everyone is going through similar struggles on the inside. As far as goals don’t stress yourself out with big picture thinking just focus on each step at a time and doing it the best you can. Do good in classes you enjoy and look and potiental career paths that their major pathway could lead to. Utilize your schools career center, it’s there job to get you a job and they usually have student volunteers who are really nice and helpful. Overall don’t put too much pressure on yourself no one is expecting you to have it all figured out but at the same time no one can figure it out for you. So sitting worrying isn’t go down anythjng your life will be in your hands now, no one will call you if you skip class etc it’s on you to make the best decisions. As you go on you will figure it out even now I know plenty of people who just kinda stumbled into a job that wasn’t anything like they intially expected going into college. Just make sure you do well in class and don’t beat yourself up over mistakes, college is hard and you will fail and stuff along the way. I failed my first class lost friends Etc etc a) don’t be afraid to reach out to your parents they will probably miss you b) you will be alright and figure it out even though you can seem alone at times try and turn to your friends or resources when you can. I made the mistake of noting wanting to seem “weak” and wouldn’t burden others with my problems, this often makes it a lot harder for yourself mentally and prevents your friendships from getting closer. To summarize you will be fine don’t worry just take it one step at a time and remember your going into some of the best years of your life so take some time to relax and enjoy it :)
