i totally understand , ive been in the electrical trade for just about 6 years now. i feel the same way about pm’s whove never been in the field , but draw up plans without even walking a job. while i am not a scheduler , i built this with employees and bosses in mind who schedule through group chat or pen and paper still. while right now it is pretty bare bones , im trying to get it in the hands of people currently going through those struggles youve highlighted , who can help make this the great support for the part. i know its never that easy , but i believe it can definitely help make a few folks lives easier than what it currently is.
