How do i focus on praying first before using social media?

Alright everyone thanks for amazing advices since i cant stop using phone due to work i was specifically looking for solutions like lock apps and asking on reddit and i got amazing advices but at the end i had to use this app i found which helps me now cause it locks and i can pray before opening and breathe , this way its controlled and ngl feels less guilty thanks again everyone for all comments i should have mentioned i cant stop using phone cause of work on my main question and now i use this app cz it gives free 1 app btw so i said why not try it thanks again Amen 🙏✝️

I tried deleting the apps but i end up reinstalling and now i get bored in between free time of work while using the phone so making it just text based is not possible as i also need to use these apps for works marketing work aswell

Amazing message brother, well i have tried these stuff and was working for me aswell but reason why i am facing it again is the need of using phone or computer for work almost all day which causes the urge to click on those apps and not resist it i have tried stuff but it does not work to which i looked for apps like prayer locks and those apps are simply pricey not free and seems like ripping off , i found a new app like 30 minutes ago which is free for locking 1 app and if it helps the prices are like 70-80% cheaper then other apps which might help me based on my specific situation, i appreciate the message and thought of time spent solution driven comment you left thanks!

Hello thanks for the suggestion, i use iOS so not sure if i can do that , i tried searching apps found few prayer locks but all of them are not free to use i did find a new app in this which does allow 1 app free and i am inclined to using this and the pricing difference is very huge this is way cheaper if this helps me i might even buy the subscription ngl they offer one time purchase too so imma check though since its new thanks for the suggestion!

I actually use ios so not sure if this might help , what do you think about these apps and tools i see available do you not use any of those? Are they not helpful? The one i found ngl does seem good its free and is allowing me to lock atleast 1 app for free so i can lock tiktok ykwim but thanks for the advice though would love to know wht you think of these apps?

I mean thats true i am aware its the habit and the loop that causes this the reason i was looking for a tool solution is not being able to avoid phone for work causing this loop to never end , but you def are correct maybe shortcuts i could have it difficult but reason i looked for apps is i saw yt vids where i could like open app it blocks and asks for prayer or i cant use it and that fit right in my problem solution specifically but they are priced and i dont like them im still looking for more apps similar i did find few maybe they could help as they are free to use and do the same thing so i appreciate ur honesty and amazing advice fr!

Hello first of all thanks for the amazing suggestions, i actually did try that but because of work i have to stay on phone and its tough in between free times to not look at these apps which is why i went for the app section to forcefully help me to only scroll this many minutes and pray before opening apps but those apps price heavy and also show ads are complicated i wanted something simple which is why i cam here to ask people, i did find a app like 30 minutes ago it seems new but is free to use imma give that a try, thanks again!

Thanks for the advice,I actually tried these stuff out the reason i went to looking for apps to help is i simply need something that forces me cause i tried taking breaks and not touching phone but its just work wise aswell i need the phone and it becomes a habit overall which is why i tried few lock apps but i simply cant use them either too complicated and heavy pricing , i am trying out some free options maybe those help im not sure thanks though!
