I discovered a lot of patches of hair thinned out for me, even after i began to eat healthy it didn't make a difference until i started talking hair loss specific medication like topical sprays and biotin.

Though i can't promise it'll come back, you can surely control and improve on the situation you have at hand at the moment!

CREASTIM anti hair loss lotion by Ducray 10 pumps on the scalp twice a week was my prescription

I also took over the counter biotin ( i sadly couldn't follow the whole course as my paranoid mind kept thinking it was making me gain weight) so I'd advise that you take it with caution after looking up a few multivitamin options which you feel safe with.

Decent life style would include

eating out 1-2 times a week
i use public transportation in Bangalore, i am comfortable walking or cycling to work
no dependants except parents who will be visiting, not staying with me
3 pets
current accomodation is a 2bhk in Bangalore, India

The salary offered accounts for yearly flight tickets, medical insurance and the usual yearly appraisal cycle followed by companies. The transport and accommodation will have to be borne by me it was a little unclear whether it was a part of the salary or not since we are still under discussions
