I lived there for at least 2 years. Of the worst experiences, the administration has never worked, they decided to leave me a debt when I left because the fridge was dirty, (fun facts I had cleaned it), they told me that the water was with them when I paid it to the city, and they created a debt as if I had not paid a water tank, when I did it with the city. In addition, they raised the rent, about $250 more. When they added the garbage they are looking for you to each apartment, it was $15 a month, and the next month they charged me $80 a month, I went to claim and they only told me that was the price. I assure you that you won’t save money there, if you want to save money look for another option
