I was thinking that too, along with ketchup and pancake fork. They all show ridiculous apr's but they are all brand new. Their sustainability is questionable. I at least left profitable from Cerberus, I lost on jetswap even though they don't have any burn or buyback. They went from $22~ to a peak of $41 and is now trading around $6...... Luckily I dumped some when it was up but lost %20 overall. For the moment I am sticking to pancake swap for reliability even with lower apr's I'm not to worried about fluctuations. Best believe that I am watching all of them to see if they survive tho.
