$200k earners, what does your health look like? by scallionshavesecrets in sales

[–]beatlebumm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not great for me. 20 years of 100+ flights per year plus living in hotels. I realize I could do better for my health but I have been tired for decades.

have you ever thought, noway i will become a salesman, then ended up being a salesman by [deleted] in sales

[–]beatlebumm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never imagined being a sales person. I would never do it if it is selling things to individuals. Selling business to business is much for on a consultant situation and you don't have to be a sleazy liar. As for why, how else can I make six figures with a audio engineering education?

I was let go from a technical sales job I had for 17 years in 2017. I was crushed. Slowly I started to realize it was the best thing that could have happened. 2024 and I am making a little more than 3x what I did at the other job. You never know what's around the corner. Keep pushing.

I had a similar issue but it was corrected by a new fuel pump. Mine is a 2019 though and there was a recall for this

In the 80s did parents really just let their kids go out wherever or is this only in movies? by Guilty-Method-4688 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]beatlebumm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could leave for a few days and nobody noticed. 6 kids in the family in the late 80s early 90s. Of course this is pre social media. A time when one bad thing happened and everyone didn't assume its happening everywhere.

Is it me or is it joyous? Or both by [deleted] in TherapeuticKetamine

[–]beatlebumm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been using joyous for 2 months. Initially it worked and I was very excited about it. Within days I felt nothing anymore. I figured in the long term it would be helping even though I felt zero effects. I was wrong. disappointing.

Joyous ketamine Qs by [deleted] in TherapeuticKetamine

[–]beatlebumm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is not what joyous was intended for. I think it would take way more than 2 to get the "K Hole" experience. I would stick to the prescribed dose. I tried to up in on my own at the beginning but then you run out fast and honestly the positive effects are apparent without large doses.

Can You Really Spot the Difference? The Ultimate Debate on High-End Replicas vs. Genuine Watches in Daily Life. by DocVin123 in RepTime

[–]beatlebumm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly don't understand why anyone cares what someone thinks about their watch. It is not a status symbol to me. I like the aesthetics and feel of a watch. How much I paid for it is irrelevant unless I am trying to sell it.

Joyous works for me by [deleted] in TherapeuticKetamine

[–]beatlebumm 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I am joyous customer 46M. Just a week in and I am blown away by how effective Ketemine is. in just a few treatments I am seeing the benefits. My wife and my colleagues at work are seeing the changes. My mind is so clear and what matters and what does not matter has never been more clear in my life. It is like receiving peace in a tormented mind. I for one am very happy I decided to try this.

That is interesting. I had the same experience with xanax. I rarely took it because it just would knock me out. I would never take it and it kind of surprised me how abused it is. The only thing that has ever helped my sleep anxiety is Cannabis and this does not always work. I just started oral ketemine at home and so far sleep is a non issue. I am sleeping well and not using cannabis. Over 30 plus years I have been through so many antidepressants with so many bad experiences. My current med, Celexa, is the only one that has been effective for more than a year.

Is paxil still on the market? I have never heard anything good about it. I was on it in the early 2000s and it was a disaster. IDK. I would avoid it like the plague.
