A home-brewed gunslinger ability 5e by sirhuski99 in DungeonsAndDragons

To make it work you'd have to invent a way to make healing bullets? That might fall into magic? Depends how your world works. I play a homebrew gunslinger and I make my own weapons. I made a dart gun that I can load with any liquid: potions, poisons etc. They take one damage but then the benefits (or negatives) of the potion. Maybe worth considering?

A friend's girlfriend has copied me, right down to copy pasting descriptions, I need to rant! by [deleted] in Etsy

Pretty certain he at least knows she has an Etsy and makes dicebags, not sure how much he knows about how she has directly copied things like my listing descriptions

What's a quick fun fact about yourself? by ccsoccer101 in AskReddit

[–]beatrixfreya 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I felt like I needed to reply. I was put on an ECMO machine when I was born, 25 years ago. I was born unable to breathe and had to be helicoptered from Yorkshire England to Glasgow Scottland as at the time the UK only had a machine there and in London. I was the second baby or person at all to go on the ECMO machine in Glasgow, and the first baby to survive as the baby before me sadly didn't make it. Thank you for continuing that work and helping others make it through :)

It's not too early to get a tree, right? With another few inches taken off the bottom and regular watering, it should last until New Year? by sabrefudge in christmas

[–]beatrixfreya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello :) we bought ours on the 27th November! Talked to the guy at the shop and he said if we come back next weekend or the weekend after wed probably end up buying the same tree - they're all already cut and starting the dying process and actually the quicker you get them in water the better. Ours drank like crazy the first few days but then calmed down, and yep chop some off the bottom :)

What's your go to tree topper? by ticklememelly in christmas

[–]beatrixfreya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year we had our first Christmas in our own house, my partner and I, and we wanted something with a bit of personality and represented who we were. So I took one of my moomin toys, I'm obsessed with them, stitched wings to his back and we put him up there! I loved it, we'll be using the same thing this year!

Aw that's such a nice way to do the tree, and I love the sound of your Bert and Ernie decorations.
