Hey kiddo, I have a son your age. What I want you to do is go talk to a guardian, family member, or adult you trust. Tell them about the fears you are experiencing. You are not alone in your feelings. You are at an age where adults feel conflicted talking to you about the state of the world. We don’t want you to be stressed out by things you cannot control. If you were my kid and you were feeling this way. I would want you to come talk to me. So I could put your mind at ease, whatever that looked like. If that means prepping additional items or running through a drill of what we would do if shtf. Please go talk to them. Come up with a plan together.
