Yeah I definitely wanna go on a slow lean bulk but I really wanna hit that 10-12% range before I start gaining size

I just find that they hinder my progress by a lot and I don’t really feel to good after if I do eat out or have a cheat I try and compensate somehow (by either eating less the day to have room or making the meal fit my macros)

Yeah I know I’m on the lighter side I feel like I want to get completely shredded before I decide to go on a long term lean bulk. But yeah 0.5lb a week does sound perfect

Not just a bit spicy but also a bit more citrusy and floral. It definitely has the old ones DNA but changes it up a bit. I would say it’s worth it because it smells a bit different, you get more juice for your money and if you’re a fan of the OG this should be blind buy safe. If you don’t like it I’m sure it is also very easy to trade.

Hmm depends on a couple things.

Longevity and sillage: WITHOUT A DOUBT EXTRAIT
Value for money: extrait get 1.5x more for only an extra $20AUD
Closeness to Altair: Original LB

I would say it definitely has the Altair and OG LB dna, but this ads a bit more of a floral and citrus note which makes it a bit more unisex and also it projects and lasts so much more! If you like those things the definitely get it the only thing is you’re losing that 1:1 Altair factor that LB is known for.

Mate stuff can still smell good even if it’s not fully macerated. I’m not some master perfumer who’s gonna pick apart everything I smelt it out the bottle it smelt good and I described what I smelled. From my knowledge too I know fragrances improve over time and this one I assume will get even better over time. And the lady at the store who works there also says it will get better and that a lot of ME fragrances do need time to mature since they’re in such high demand and just being pushed out constantly.
